QUALITY IN THE HOSPITAL
The approach to the quality is reflected in our Quality Policy, based on the mission and values of the organisation – teamwork, independent decision-making, credibility, entrepreneurship and passion. All employees of our facility implement the established Integrated Management System Policy through continuous improvement of qualifications and competences. At the same time, we are improving the Quality Management System and Environmental Safety Management System, according to the standards: PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 14001:2015.
In June 2016, we also received the Accreditation Certificate issued by the Minister of Health, confirming compliance with the highest standards of hospital treatment. The introduced standards allow for the verification of individual areas of operation of the hospital, in order to maintain the highest quality practices in the processes related to the treatment and patient service.ZAŁĄCZNIKI:
